The process begins with capturing innovative ideas from team members closely involved in daily operations. These ideas are then evaluated within an idea funnel, where the most promising suggestions are prioritized and transformed into actionable projects. The app provides a selection of project workflows—including Kaizen, PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control), 5S, 8D, among others—to structure project execution efficiently.

Throughout the project lifecycle, users can monitor progress, manage tasks, and ultimately review the realized benefits of their improvement initiatives. The tool requires an active KPI Fire subscription for full functionality.
